Howard new he needed to make a change at just shy of 250 pounds. He tried the popular diets for a few years and hit a wall at 210 pounds, often yo-yoing up and down in weight, never being able to break 200 pounds. With dedication, research, and applying his gained knowledge, the H2 Bodyworks fitness program was created. Howard followed his program down to 155 pounds while seeing strength increases on average 100% on exercises.
Steven has been training with H2 Bodyworks and has lost 30 pounds while gaining muscle mass and is constantly pushing himself to new personal best lifts.
